PLR – One of the tools for increasing your Income
I am going to describe a certain kind of content you might come across when looking across the web that is helpful in increasing the amount of content you have available to you. It has one or two drawbacks, but if you can get hold of any for a modest price and use it within you own niche then it can be a powerful asset.
This one tool you can use for earning your first ten, hundred, thousand or million dollars online, a tool that seriously cuts down the work you need to do. It is often the dream (or envy) of being just like the many Internet marketers out there that seem to create all of this content and yet still have time to do all the other things that – well – Internet marketers do in their time.
What is it you can use for creating content?
PLR.
No – it is not some kind of medicine or sour drink – it means Private Rights Label.
PLR, the acquisition of it and more importantly the action applied to it is certainly one of the real investments you can make online at this moment in time. It is something that can give you leverage of your time and free yourself up from having to write, write, write, write, write – you get the picture I’m sure?
PLR is something that someone has written on a subject and – foolishly in my opinion – has sold it on, purchased by you, to be used for your own ends. You bought it, you own this content yourself.
You can just use it and put it straight up on your site, give it away for free (or indeed for money – that’s smarter), rewrite it, spin it, talk over a simple video with it, jump up and down on it, or do nothing and let it protect your computer’s hard disk from any extra space you might need one day.
OK, a bit flippant, but there is one thing you need to think of with PLR, it may not actually be original.
Hmm…
I mean, it is original, it was written uniquely (hopefully – always check) by someone who has passed their rights to it onto you, however, they may have also passed these rights on to others too.
This isn’t too much of a problem though, you can still use it and it does give you a little more power to the site you add it to, but the more it is used elsewhere the less power it has. Just how much power is hard to define, but you understand that if the Search Engine finds a hundred copies of these articles all over the Internet, it isn’t going to take much notice of yours. If it is unique and you have got it up there first then of course that will be a different matter.
This is often why, some marketers spend a little time and reuse it in different ways…
So, now you know about PLR. Search around the Internet and see what people are using it for and how much they are paying for it.

Go and Do The Challenge 2010
I haven’t updated here for a while and missed my target but nothing has been lost, I will be launching this site properly in the future. The hope will be to see what products there are out there and get some idea of the reputation of the creators of them. The ideal is to stop any more cheating products that waste your time, money and energy.
However, I can thoroughly recommend what Ed Dale and his team are doing on this years’ 30 Day Challenge. Well it isn’t 30 days long any more and has been completely updated and is now called ‘The Challenge’. If you have any interest in creating a website or making money through the online medium then I cannot encourage you enough to follow this.
Go to http://www.challenge.co and join in – it has started today and is free.
For anyone who understands the basics already then you will find much more information at Dan Raine’s The Immediate Edge. He is closing the doors soon though for the duration of the Challenge so you would need to get in quick. I honestly wish I had joined this months ago but only really took notice of it when it was tweeted. Now I do sound like a load of those sales pages – but I mean it really, get in now if you are fortunate to catch the deadline …
… and ‘Yes’ the links I do have affiliate ID’s in them, I will not let that go to waste but don’t let that stop you.
Going forward I would like to see the information that is presented by Ed Dale, Dan Raine and the rest of the team used as a benchmark for comparing future products on this site. It is tough competition to beat.

Jim Morris Promotes Dan Hollings’ Twitter Twenius
Jim Morris holds a webinar with Scott Paton and Dan Hollings.
Dan Hollings tells of his strategies used on Twitter, with links to tools and his training program. You can buy the material for about $2.97. I did laugh at how enthusiatic Scott Paton sounded at the beginning of the video. Video is about one and a half hours long and is packed with information.
PDF also available with the slides from the webinar.
Dan offers training on it at his site – Twitter Twenius Starter Program for $27.95 (was $199.95).
